Tiffany's mom died of cancer when she was 14 years old,
in spite of the lack of support from her family,

Although her real name is Stephanie,
her mother preferred the name Tiffany and thus became her stage name.
Jessica's dad is a boxer, so that probably explains her violent side.
Apparently she's good at soccer too,
so that explains why she likes to kick things so much.
Sooyoung gave Hyoyeon the nickname "Princess Fiona" after she returned
from China because she'd gained some weight. Hyoyeon thought it was nice
because she was being called a princess, and only when she looked it up she
realized it meant something else...
Even though Yoona is considered the face of SNSD, her past remains
remarkably unknown. People suspect that her parents divorced when
she was younger which is why her mom is never brought up. Apparently
she was considered an "angel" even in her trainee days, according to Yuri.
Sunny was actually born in Kuwait during the Gulf War, but her parents
moved to Korea when was very young. She also has a fear of fireworks.
People suspect the two might be correlated. Nevertheless, she's not afraid
to touch snakes, catch loaches, bugs or chickens.
Hyoyeon has 70% popularity of SNSD in America.
Seohyun speaks accentless chinese, although she is not fluent.
Taeyeon and Sooyoung were usually in different classes in High School,
but they were always in same math classes (ironically, they both hate math).
Taeyeon/Sooyoung/YoonA (former roomates) hated cockroaches so much
that they admitted that they once burned them over a candle before.
Sunny hates red bean paste, so whenever they eat bungobbang
(type of bread/cake with red bean in the middle), she only eats the head and the tail

Yuri was VERY skinny early in her SNSD career (eh, even more than now?),
but after appearing in the sitcom with Sooyoung, her weight increased by 5kg!
Interestingly, Sooyoung didn’t gain any weight at all over the same time period.
Sooyoung was once so hungry that she went into the Korean BBQ house ALONE
and had two servings of beef + dwenjjang chiggae
(apparently her record is 6 servings on her own!)
Seohyun once tried to stick all 1000 keroro stickers she had around the dorm,
and the attempt was promptly stopped by her unnis.
Yuri once pulled a prank where she tied the shoelaces of the shoes of other 8
members to each others and ran away.
Hyoyeon’s mom once had Hyo audition just so that she might get a chance to see H.O.T!
Back
in the training days Hyoyeon changed her hair colour at least once a
week, and Yuri and Seohyun were both scared of her for a while!
When
Tiffany first started Yoga, she was very enthusiastic about it and
begged her instructor to teach her well. Then she quit after 3 days.
The one who usually picks out Hyoyeon’s mistakes in dancing is ironically Tiffany

Sunny, and Go Ara (an actress with SM) once went over to Karaoke after
dinner initially just to kill time to digest the food… in the end it
took them 4 hours to come out!
Back
in her training days, Jessica was a member of the school soccer team
(and was apparently very good). SM made her quit because they were
worried that she might hurt her face.
Back
when she tried out for Route O, Sooyoung’s opponent for the final round
of auditions was Lee Yeon Hee out of all people (who’s actually an
actress now with SM)
Yuri
once had an oppa friend that she liked, but he only saw her as a little
brother figure! According to Yuri, he regrets it a LOT now.

and Sooyoung once went over to a public bath house and was noticed by
other high school girls there, who in the end figured that SNSD wouldn’t
come to such place and left without saying a word to them.
